Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing MyTripBookers for your travel needs. This Payment Policy outlines important information regarding the payment process, cancellations, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings.

  • Non-Refundable Air Tickets: Once air tickets are booked, they are completely non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. In certain situations, if the airline allows cancellations, a refund may be applied as a credit towards a future ticket purchase by the same passenger on the same airline. It's important to note that the airline supplier's credit usually has an expiration date, after which it can no longer be used. For detailed information about credit limitations, please consult with our customer service representative.
  • Cancellation and Future Credit: If you cancel a reservation after 24 hours, you will not receive a refund but instead receive a future credit from the airline. This credit can be used by the same passenger anytime within one year from the original date of booking. When booking a new flight and using the airline credit, you will be required to pay any fare difference (if applicable), airline fines, and post-ticketing fees charged by MyTripBookers. Please note that all adjustments are subject to the fare rules, regulations, and procedures of each airline, which are beyond our control.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: After 24 hours, all flight bookings, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, holiday packages, and service fees are non-refundable. If your travel has not yet begun and you contact our customer service center to cancel, your trip security insurance is refundable within 10 days of purchase. Please be aware that cancellations can only be processed through our website.
  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds can be accepted in the following cases:
  • If the airline fare rules allow for cancellation and refund.
  • If you are not a "no-show." Please note that most "no-show" bookings are ineligible for any waiver from suppliers.
  • If we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process your cancellation and refund request.

Please note that the processing time for requested refunds may vary, and we are unable to provide an exact estimate. All refund requests are handled in the order they are received. After submitting your cancellation request to our customer service representative, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your request along with a tracking number. This notification does not automatically guarantee a refund but serves as an acknowledgment of your request. We will work with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to process your refund based on their regulations. Once we receive a decision from the supplier, we will notify you accordingly.

  • Refund Processing Time and Fees: In general, manufacturers may impose a tax on refund requests. The entire process, from the time your request is submitted until you receive the credit on your statement, can take approximately 60-90 days. In addition to any refund penalties imposed by airlines and other providers, MyTripBookers may charge a post-ticketing service fee, if applicable.

Please note that if the supplier does not process the refund, we will refund you the post-ticketing service fees associated with your agent-assisted refund order, but not the booking fees associated with the initial travel reservation or booking.
